Steve Clark
Director of  Grant Research and Development

Mr. Steve Clark has been actively engaged in grant research, development, and evaluation for over twenty-five years. He participates regularly in peer review panels for the U.S. Department of Justice, primarily scoring school safety grant applications. His 13 years of law enforcement experience includes three years spent as a School Resource Officer in an inner-city middle school in Central Virginia. This experience led Steve to join the Virginia Center for School Safety at the Virginia Department of Criminal Justice Services where he was primarily involved in the creation and expansion of Virginia’s School Resource Officer and Campus Security Officer training programs. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Religion, and a Master of Divinity degree from Liberty University.  He currently specializes in assisting law enforcement agencies and school districts throughout the U.S. who are seeking funding for public & school safety initiatives.
