Michael Zarrilli

Mr. Michael Zarrilli has over 30 years of combined experience in law enforcement, technology, emergency communications, business development, and higher education. Prior to his role at CLPS, Mr. Zarrilli was the Director of Strategic Development and Adjunct Professor of Communications at Mercy College, NY. Prior to his academic career, he served for 20 years with the City of Mount Vernon New York Police Department where he retired at the rank of Lieutenant.  While with the MVPD, Mr. Zarrilli served in numerous roles, including the Technology Division Commanding Officer, where he was responsible for the management, planning and training of the departments emergency communication and information technology systems.  He has received numerous public safety awards and commendations throughout his law enforcement career.  Mr. Zarrilli holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and a M.B.A. in Finance from Mercy College.
