Joe is a high-impact business development and marketing communications executive with over 30 years of proven success driving visibility, market expansion and sustained revenue growth.  He leads strategic growth initiatives that align CLPS’s high-efficacy public safety technologies with the evolving needs of clients across a wide spectrum of industries.  Joe possesses expertise in law enforcement, public safety and security technologies, having worked with global high-tech companies delivering cutting-edge crime prevention and criminal detection solutions.  His career spans roles from serving as a Director of Communications in the New York State Senate to senior management and high-level consulting roles with Fortune 500s, SMBs and startups.  Joe earned a B.S. in Political Science, with a minor concentration in Business Economics, from the State University of New York at Oneonta, and completed numerous graduate-level courses in organizational management and marketing at the University at Albany.
