Emergency Response Plan (Software)

This web-based program allows organizational managers to easily develop, update, or revise their emergency response plan.  This extremely efficient program is designed around National Incident Management System standards, and includes the key components of preparedness, prevention-mitigation, response, and recovery.  By using this digital program, schools, houses of worship, and businesses can ensure their organization is in full compliance with Federal and State mandates annually with no hassle at all.  Digital emergency response plans can be shared with key stakeholders as appropriate.  In addition, emergency response plans (including floor plans, maps, and schematics) can be uploaded into the TAP App Security Mobile Application System at no additional cost.

Security Risk Survey (Software)

This web-based program allows organizational managers to easily conduct security surveys at all their buildings without paying the costs associated with hiring an outside risk consultant.  This highly cost effective program analyzes information as it relates to the five key components to safer environments (emergency planning, emergency training and drilling, emergency equipment and supplies, emergency collaboration, and emergency communications capabilities).  The system allows users to upload relevant digital photographs to be part of the final report.  A specifically designed quantitative algorithm will calculate the data and provide organizational managers with a comprehensive risk analysis of each building.  The system categorizes findings into strengths, vulnerabilities, and recommendations.  Digital Security Risk Survey Reports are generated and can be shared with key stakeholders as appropriate.

Student Threat Assessment (Software) *School Program

This web-based program allows school officials to easily conduct threat assessment inquiries on students that make threats of violence at school.  Data is obtained from multiple sources by members of the school threat assessment team and entered into the system.  A specially designed quantitative algorithm will calculate the data and provide school officials with the student’s apparent threat level at the time of inquiry.  Team members can access and use the system from any computer or mobile device which allows for more efficient data collection and collaboration.  Digital Threat Assessment Reports are generated and can be shared with key stakeholders as appropriate.
