Mr. Thad Boyce is Director of Risk Management, Mid-Atlantic Region at CLPS.  He is a retired Delaware State Trooper with over 27 years of law enforcement experience, which included Special Investigations Unit, Criminal Investigations Unit, Sex Offender Apprehension Unit, and Patrol.  Mr. Boyce was a highly decorated detective and received two Valor Awards while serving with the State Police.  During his law enforcement career, he amassed a variety of professional skills and training certifications.  Mr. Boyce is an ALERRT (Advanced Law Enforcement Rapid Response Training) Instructor, and provides training to schools, businesses, and houses of worship on active assailant preparedness.  In addition to his work at CLPS, he serves on the campus security team at his church in Virginia.  Mr. Boyce holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware.
