Brian is a seasoned leader with over 30 years of experience in military operations, public service, and technology management. He served as CEO and Senior Advisor at the 139th Aeromedical Evacuation Squadron, improving global operations by 15%, managing multi-million-dollar budgets, and leading over 100 personnel. Brian’s leadership earned the squadron the highest possible grade during a USAF inspection.

Previously, Brian was Director of Operations at the New York Air National Guard’s 109th Air Wing, overseeing all aspects of flight operations, training, and resource management. He also led technology and safety programs for Capital Region BOCES and served as Confidential Assistant to the Town Supervisor of Niskayuna, where he led the Police Reform and Reinvention collaborative. With a unique blend of military discipline, technical expertise, and public service, Brian is committed to delivering results and driving impactful change.
